Driver comments:

Alexander Wurz: Leaking Hydraulics system. "The crew worked very hard and succeeded in repairing the car before the end of the session. So I could go out, do two laps, and achieve third fastest time. But I must admit that there wasn't too much fuel in my tank. Now we've got to work on the balance, as I've got understeer when entering a corner and oversteer on the way out of it."

JJ Lehto: "The session was very good for me, and I'm happy with the car. We've had no problems, so I'll be making absolutely no changes for the race As I was exiting the pit lane, the car developed an oil leak. There was something going wrong, probably with the gearbox. Some oil was leaking out so I stopped the car aside the pitlane exit, because I didn't want to cause bigger problems. What can I do?"

Klaus Ludwig: "Finally the car is doing what we want it to do. But I can't say this or that caused this progress. The boys worked hard, changed many little things and that's it. Now I'm quite optimistic and hope on two good races."

Kurt Thiim: "Its rather late, but it seems we were finally successful in improving the car. But remember: I haven't got a good grid position and its rather difficult to overtake here."

Bernd Schneider: "The situation is really frustrating. I'm only fifteenth and don't expect to be much faster in the races. I don't know why, the only thing I know is that there is something wrong with the car."

Manuel Reuter: "We are ready for the race. After top qualifying we made some changes to the car and everything is working perfectly."

Hans-Joachim Stuck: "This session for us was just a general test to go through our last minute checks and fine-tune the set-up. Everything is fine, I'm totally satisfied with the car and we have had no problems at all. We will now be leaving the car in the same configuration for the race."

Oliver Gavin: "After Top Qualifying we changed the engine and the front. At the beginning of the Warm-up we noticed a water leak, so I couldn't do any testing. But that is what the Warm-up is all about, testing things for the race."

Uwe Alzen: "We had no problems during the Warm-Up, and the car is handling much better than yesterday. We have changed the rear wing and the front camber, and now the car handles perfectly."
